The Operational Reporting Analyst is responsible for providing quantitative insight and support for the reporting Aspire’s organizational leaders trust to keep their “finger on the pulse” of the business. To achieve this, the Operational Reporting Analyst will develop in-depth knowledge of these reports and their underlying data over time, working hand-in-hand with stakeholders to iterate and improve existing reporting as well as create net new views of data. He or she will also support monthly executive updates, which may include ad-hoc analysis, slide creation, deck compiling, and QA. The Operational Reporting Analyst is a valuable resource for management and staff across Aspire Health’s Care Center teams (part of Central Ops), making the position one with opportunity for exposure to various tiers of leadership – a fun group to be around and learn from.
Through supporting the needs of the business, the Operational Reporting Analyst will simultaneously build his or her own analytical toolkit. He or she will have the opportunity to work with various tools including Tableau, SQL, and Excel to answer key questions which inform real-time decisions and lead to sustainable business improvements. By working on both the back-end data and user interface of reports, the analyst will experience the end-to-end product management process, including cycles of feedback and iterative improvement.
Finally, flexibility and adaptability are important in this role, as the analyst may at times simultaneously work on multiple projects, assist in training and development of staff, or work to collaboratively resolve issues with stakeholders across the organization.
Creating net new reporting using a combination of SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
Iterating existing reports based on requests by users and management.
Supporting existing Tableau and Excel reports including adaptation to data changes
Coaching users in the use of new or existing tools and reports
Performing ad-hoc data audits and analyses. Proactively identifying reports & analysis to create, change, or improve on a regular basis. Occasionally creating write-ups (e.g., slides) explaining key takeaways/conclusions (and underlying methodology) from reports and analysis. Performing all responsibilities in accordance with established timeline. Other related duties as assigned.

A success bachelor’s degree(Required), Advanced MS Excel knowledge (Experience with formulas such as index-match or vlookup, etc.). 1+ year of analytics, product, or project management experience OR a technical / quantitative major (Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, etc.)(Preferred). SQL or other coding language experience (VBA, Python, etc.) (Preferred). Experience creating presentations (ideally in MS PowerPoint) (Preferred). Healthcare Provider or Healthcare Operations knowledge(Preferred). Experience using analytical software (Tableau, MatLab, AMPL, Simeo, etc.) (Preferred). Consulting, leadership program, rotational program, or startup experience. (Preferred).
