Aspire specializes in providing an extra layer of support to patients facing a serious illness through an ambitious palliative care program focused on caring for patients in their homes and outpatient clinics.  Aspire’s clinicians are experts in providing patients with relief from the symptoms, pain, and stress of a serious illness; helping patients and caregivers navigate the healthcare system; guiding patients and caregivers through difficult and complex treatment choices; and providing emotional and spiritual support to patients and their families.


The RN Supervisor is a licensed clinician (preferred location in the Nashville corporate office) that provides supervision and management for a team of registered nurses in a telephonic support environment. These team members provide primary contact for those who utilize Aspire’s services, including patients, our clinicians, family caregivers, physicians’ offices, Home Health and DME vendors, etc. The RN Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the delivery of Aspire’s clinical model while managing the team’s performance and resolving daily issues.


  • Conduct effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources (people, technology etc.)
  • Provide exceptional leadership to the central clinical team while operating within Aspire’s clinical model.
  • Respond to and resolve issues/concerns with patients/family members/Aspire team members, technology, etc.
  • Provide operational oversight and coordination of the team’s activities in the Patient Care Center, mentoring, and coaching staff to meet and exceed clinical and administrative targets
  • Ensure adequate staffing for central clinical telephonic support, including management of PTO and coordination of coverage to provide consistent coverage for the supported market(s)
  • Responsible for tracking and managing daily, weekly, monthly, and annual operational metrics
  • Coach, mentor, and develop the RN staff to meet and exceed service and delivery targets
  • Responsible for staffing activities such as interviewing and selection of staff working with the Care Support leadership to identify the best candidates for your team
  • Complete ongoing training and coaching programs for further skills development
  • Assist with Team meeting schedules and trainings
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
  • Regular attendance is an essential function of the job

  • RN license that is current and unencumbered
  • Three years clinical experience required, preferably in a centralized care management team environment, and a working knowledge of the healthcare industry
  • Experience in Palliative or End of Life care preferred
