Responsibilities

The Field Coordinator is critical to the success of Aspire’s field operations.  Working in close coordination with the field analysts, the care center, and the field leadership, the Field Coordinator is responsible for updating and maintaining accurate and consistent calendars for all field providers.  This responsibility requires an acute attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.  In addition to their core responsibility of calendar maintenance, the field coordinators may be asked to assist with additional support functions for the field operations (e.g. meeting coordination, proofreading, supply management, data entry).  Demonstrating compassion for individual needs, attention to detail, and collaborating with other colleagues are critical for successful execution of this role.

  • Update and maintain calendars for field providers in all markets – includes data entry, proofreading, and cross-checking a variety of data inputs to maintain accurate and consistent calendars
  • Proofread, edit and revise Word documents, Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations
  • Order supplies and arrange for catering for meetings and trainings
  • Perform special projects using computer and analytical skills
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required
  • Previous experience and success as an administrative/executive assistant required
  • Experience navigating Salesforce a plus
  • Maintains an acute attention to detail
  • Tenacious problem solver, with demonstrated capacity to embrace complex problems and arrive at effective solutions in a timely manner
  • Enjoys working in a team based environment with active collaboration with remote colleagues to maximize success
  • Strong written communication skills with success in providing notes, updates, and written communications via computer systems
  • Working knowledge of the healthcare industry is strongly preferred
  • Excellent data-entry skills and proven ability to navigate multiple computer screens
  • Thrives on a fast-paced environment that relies on the ability to multi-task and balance multiple, competing priorities, yet is still able to balance that energy and drive with sensitivity and compassion
