    Aspire Health is looking for a seasoned marketing communications professional with an intense customer focus and a passion for improving people's lives. The Senior Marketing Specialist will be a strong partner to our market and central leadership, and business development teams, helping to tell the Aspire story in a way that resonates with specific constituents.


    The ideal candidate will love all aspects of marketing, from crafting a compelling message to calculating the impacts of various marketing tactics, and be a master at constructing integrated marketing campaigns that spread the word from every angle. Content marketing is a focus on our team, so previous experience developing thought leadership programs and leveraging powerful, actionable content is essential. We’re looking for a strong team contributor and project leader, someone who can develop and share best practices, work through barriers, and contribute to our team as we look to innovate and become the best in the industry.


    You are a vital member of the team with responsibility for digital marketing efforts including web design, e-communications (both internal and external), and management of both the external website and employee Intranet. The Marketing & Communications Specialist develops all marketing materials and works closely with the executive team and other leaders to ensure alignment to goals.  


    • Work closely with Senior Management to implement strategic communications plan and marketing initiatives in support of business development, brand management and competitive positioning goals.
    • Develop content for and manage publication/collateral production for external and internal communications including external website, internal staff newsletter and patient / provider communication/marketing materials. Work closely with senior leaders, field and central leaders, business development and other team members to ensure content is accurate and aligned with organizational strategy.
    • Write, design and produce exciting materials and messages about products, thoughtful and relevant content/copy/call outs for all collateral including, but not limited to, brochures, social media, email, newsletters, and website. (same as above?)
    • Collaborating with internal departments to create posters, flyers, signage and other print and electronic media to serve partners, patients, and community
    • Manage and update company website and social media pages
    • Assist with brainstorming, development and production of corporate videos and presentations to engage, inspire and promote organization
    • Assist with preparations and planning for events such as conferences, trainings, seminars and trade shows
    • Promoting organization at public events, expos and activities
    • Developing, organizing and printing media and information materials (brochures, letters, purchase displays, invitations, etc.) for specific assignments
    • Support development of messaging and talking points for various internal and external audiences
    • Assist in monitoring brand and messaging compliance throughout the organization
    • Manage photo and video asset database


    • Must be a confident communicator and presenter
    • Strong writing, editing, proofreading skills, including ability to present concepts verbally; strong ability to simplify health care language for patients
    • Experience working with professional printing/publishing and graphic designers
    • Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills
    • Superior project management and time management skills and excellent attention to details while keeping an eye on the strategic goals
    • Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media; experience creating and executing social media plans
    • Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to work
    • Demonstrated capacity to embrace complex problems and arrive at effective solutions in a timely manner.
    • Enjoys working in a team based environment with active collaboration with remote colleagues to maximize success.
    • Thrives in a fast-paced environment that relies on the ability to multi-task and balance multiple, competing priorities.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing or related field
    • 3-5 years of professional experience in communications and marketing, graphic design, writing, editing, social media, website management and event management or related fields
    • Medicare experience and experience managing large marketing collateral projects a plus.
    • Healthcare and practical design (Quark, Photoshop, etc.) experience a preferred
