In this position, you will be responsible for field operations analysis, planning, and support. You will work with the market leadership and broader strategic operations team to set staffing, patient outreach, and growth strategies. You will also be responsible for analyzing performance outcomes and deriving action-oriented insights. You will have regular exposure to the senior leadership team and will be asked to work across disciplines - including the market leadership, care center, data analytics, clinical providers, account management, and IT technicians.
Develop plans to align productivity targets with the appropriate resource planning (staffing and data). Manage territories and patient censuses to ensure consistent clinical care and efficient deployment of clinical resources. Collaborate with market leaders to align availability of field clinicians with patient demand. Track key performance indicators (clinical and operational) and drive root cause analyses. Master the reporting tools used at Aspire to generate ad hoc analyses in support of market leadership needs. Troubleshoot operational needs on behalf of the market leadership. Collaborate with account managers to implement new health plans and markets.
Successful candidates will have Bachelor’s degree (required), Consultative mindset, viewing the role as an internal resource to be used to achieve organizational goals. Exceptional analytical skills combined with strategic thinking, problem solving ability, and operations mindset. Powerpoint/Excel/SQL/Tableau experience (preferred). Strong project management skills including the ability to concurrently drive multiple initiatives and keep to deadlines. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated. Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members, with a willingness to put in the hours necessary to achieve success
