In this position, you will be responsible for reporting, analyses and driving operational improvements. You will work with the partnerships teams and broader corporate team to develop reporting, streamline partner requests, and improve overall operations. You will also be responsible for analyzing performance outcomes and deriving action-oriented insights. You will have regular exposure to the senior leadership team and will be asked to work across disciplines - including the market leadership, care center, account management, and IT technicians.
