    Responsibilities

    In this position, you will be responsible for reporting, analyses and driving operational improvements.  You will work with the partnerships teams and broader corporate team to develop reporting, streamline partner requests, and improve overall operations.  You will also be responsible for analyzing performance outcomes and deriving action-oriented insights.  You will have regular exposure to the senior leadership team and will be asked to work across disciplines - including the market leadership, care center, account management, and IT technicians. 

    • Create net new reporting using a combination of SQL, Excel and Tableau
    • Iterate existing reports based on requests by users and managements
    • Supporting existing Tableau and Excel reports including adaptation to data changes
    • Coaching end users in the use of new or existing tools and reports
    • Performing ah-hoc data audits and analyses
    • Proactively identifying reports and analyses to create, change or improve on regular basis
    • Occasionally summarizing data through key takeaways and conclusions (including explanations of underlying methodology) from reports and analyses
    • At times using outcomes to drive changes to optimize operations
    • Performing all responsibilities in accordance with established timelines
    • Other duties as deemed necessary by Aspire Health

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • Consultative mindset, viewing the role as an internal resource to be used to achieve organizational goals
    • Exceptional analytical skills combined with strategic thinking, problem solving ability, and operations mindset
    • Powerpoint/Excel/SQL/Tableau experience preferred
    • Strong project management skills including the ability to concurrently drive multiple initiatives and keep to deadlines
    • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
    • Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated
    • Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members, with a willingness to put in the hours necessary to achieve success
