    Aspire Health is the nation’s largest community-based palliative care provider. Aspire specializes in providing an extra layer of support to patients facing a serious illness through an ambitious palliative care program focused on caring for patients in their homes and outpatient clinics.  Aspire’s clinicians are experts in providing patients with relief from the symptoms, pain, and stress of a serious illness; helping patients and caregivers navigate the healthcare system; guiding patients and caregivers through difficult and complex treatment choices; and providing emotional and spiritual support to patients and their families.


    The Division Analyst will be responsible for division-level strategy and analysis.  Working with the division leadership and broader senior operations team to drive clinical, operational, and financial outcomes.  The Division Analyst will also be responsible for analyzing performance metrics and deriving action-oriented insights.  There will be regular exposure to the senior leadership team and work across disciplines - including the market leadership, care center, data analytics, clinical providers, account management, and IT technicians. 


    • First principle: Equip the division leadership with high-quality, data-driven analyses and recommendations that inform strategic decisions across the P&L of the division
    • Deep dive analyses into operational, clinical, financial outcomes and trends
    • Build custom SQL queries and Excel models for ad hoc analyses
    • Design PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership
    • Design and maintain analytics around pilots, implementations, etc.
    • Design business requirements for new analytical tools
    • Ensure clean and actionable data with data maintenance and quality assurance
    • Collaborate with data, care center, and partnership teams to optimize growth strategy
    • Collaborate with clinical leadership to optimize clinical delivery
    • Troubleshoot operational needs on behalf of the market leadership
    • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
    • Regular attendance is an essential function of the job



    • Consultative mindset, viewing the role as an internal resource to be used to achieve organizational goals
    • Exceptional analytical skills combined with strategic thinking, problem solving ability, and operations mindset
    • Financial modeling experience preferred
    • PowerPoint/Excel/SQL/Tableau experience preferred
    • Strong project management skills including the ability to concurrently drive multiple initiatives and keep to deadlines
    • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
    • Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated
    • Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members, with a willingness to put in the hours necessary to achieve success


    Education and experience requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • 3-5 years’ experience preferred

    Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

    Moderate travel is expected for this position.
