    The Field Analyst is responsible for field operations analysis, planning, and support.  Working with the market leadership and broader strategic operations team to set staffing, patient outreach, and growth strategies.  Also responsible for analyzing performance metrics and deriving action-oriented insights. Exposure to the senior leadership team and work across disciplines ­ including the market leadership, care center, data analytics, clinical providers, account management, and IT technicians.


    • First principle: Optimize market metrics (KPIs) across all markets in the division through census management and analytical support for the market leadership
    • Track key performance indicators (clinical and operational) and drive root cause analyses
    • Manage censuses via resource planning and territory mapping.
    • Manage capacity planning to ensure adequate monthly staffing ratios to meet patient visit demand
    • Master the reporting tools used at Aspire to generate ad hoc analyses in support of market leadership needs
    • Manage regional projects to enhance performance
    • Troubleshoot operational needs on behalf of the market leadership
    • Collaborate with account managers to implement new health plans and markets
    • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
    • Regular attendance is an essential function of the job

    • PowerPoint/Excel/SQL/Tableau experience preferred

    • Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivated
    • Demonstrated ability to roll­up sleeves and work with team members, with a willingness to put in the hours necessary to achieve success

    Education and experience requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • 1-3 years’ experience preferred

    Regulatory Requirements

    Requires adherence to all Aspire Health internal policies, processes, and procedures       ensuring compliance with customer expectations and all applicable laws and regulations for privacy, security, and social responsibility, especially HIPAA and HITRUST.

    Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

    This is a full-time exempt position.



    This position will involve moderate travel requirements.
